Sentinel does not represent clients. Not at a disciplinary hearing, not at an appeal, not at CCMA conciliation or arbitration. We are a labour consultancy, not a law firm.
What we do instead is preparation, advisory and coaching. We build everything you need, and you present your own matter carrying a file built to a standard where you do not need anyone in the room with you. At CCMA conciliation, parties engage personally in any event.
Our money-back guarantee
If Sentinel cannot assist with your matter, you receive a full refund, paid within two to three business days of written notification. If you withdraw after we have started work, a minimum levy of R1,800 applies, or the actual time worked at R1,000 an hour where that comes to more. Full terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
