Sentinel Labour Consulting is a South African labour relations consultancy serving both employers and employees across every province. We prepare, coach and advise clients through disciplinary hearings, incapacity inquiries, CCMA conciliation and arbitration, unfair labour practice disputes, employment contract drafting and offer independent chairing services for disciplinary and work performance hearings.

What We Believe
South Africa’s labour law framework exists because our history demanded it. The Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act are not red tape, but an architecture of workplace justice. We believe every employee deserves a fair process, and every employer deserves a defensible one. Our work exists to make both real.
If your case is weak, we will tell you honestly, and early. We do not take mandates we cannot add value to.
